CyberShield India is provided strictly as an educational and personal utility tool to assist victims of online financial fraud in formatting their dispute details into a structured PDF. It is intended solely for personal dispute drafting.
3. Prohibition of Fraudulent Claims
You agree not to use the Utility to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent claims. Submitting false information to police authorities or banking institutions is a punishable offence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Information Technology Act. You assume full responsibility for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data you enter.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, layout, graphics, and underlying code of CyberShield India are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness, legal standing, or outcome of the documents generated by this Utility.
