The emergency contact information provided on this platform (including bank helpline numbers, SMS blocking codes, and nodal officer emails) is aggregated from publicly available official banking websites and government portals.
3. Verification Limitations & Updates
Bank-specific contact information and cyber-fraud reporting procedures are subject to change at any time by the respective institutions. While we aim to update our database when material changes are identified, we do not perform scheduled quarterly verifications. Users must independently confirm critical contact information with their relevant bank or official government channels before taking action.
4. No Legal or Recovery Guarantees
We do not provide certified legal counsel. The templates and procedural guides we offer are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee financial recovery, account unfreezing, or successful dispute resolution. The outcome of any cyber fraud dispute depends entirely on the policies of the respective banks, RBI guidelines, and law enforcement investigations.
